Gold Coast Jasmine House
Gold Coast Jasmine House is
currently the only
house we own. It is located in North Park Hill. It is a brick ranch
with a garage and driveway space off of the alley. These parking spaces
are
currently being used. Here, we are currently offering low-cost room and board in dormitory-style set-up.
There is gardening space out back. Inside there
are four and a 1/2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are hardwood
floors and tile
floors. The basement floors are tile. There is not
any carpeting.This is to reduce allergens. It includes a library, cable high speed
Internet access, a DVD, and a video player.
There is storage in closets, the furnace room, work shop space, garage, and attic. A
green wall or container garden is being planted in the living room.
There is someone at home 24-hours a day. Currently,
there are one dog and two cats.
Gharb Acres Room at Gold Coast Jasmine House -- 11' x 11' -- Two person shared dormitory-style room. $250 per month, per bed.
