Free Storage, Free Internet Access, and Free to Low-cost Computer Maintenance, Repair and Upgrade Service is now being offered with each room rental.
The Gharb Room is now being offered as a dorm room for two people; at $375 per month for each person. The Port Casablanca-Afna Room is a small single room, also for $375 per month per person.
A third room, the Hannibal's Castle Room, may be opening as a dorm room for two people sometime later this year. It will be offered for $$375 per month per person.
Boarders who buy and cook all of their own food may rent for $250 a month per person.

Desert Jasmine House is currently operating as a boarding house that rents out two rooms to students and the rest of the rooms are being occupied by family members. As of August 2012 all of the family members plan to move out, so that all the rooms upstairs will be occupied by students.

There are currently four cats and one dog living at Desert Jasmine House, the legal limit, so there is no vacancy for any more dogs or cats.
